Wayne Barrow is an American film producer, talent manager, businessman and humanitarian — the Founder and CEO of Barrow Entertainment.
He produced the films Notorious (2009), Blue (2009), Kicks (2016), BIGGIE: I Got A Story To Tell (2021), City of Lies (2021) and Tin Soldier (2025).
Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1965, Barrow served eight years in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman before entering entertainment in 1991.
In 1998 he co-founded ByStorm Entertainment with Mark Pitts — a music and publishing company launched as a joint venture with RCA Records. Over three decades ByStorm has signed, managed, or shepherded the careers of The Notorious B.I.G., J. Cole, Miguel, Nas, Shyne, Ro James, Mali Music, Kardinal Offishall, and others.
Barrow managed The Notorious B.I.G. in life and has stewarded his estate alongside Voletta Wallace for over twenty-eight years. He serves as Vice Chairman of The Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation and Executor and Trustee of the Voletta Wallace Will and Trust.
